I made arrangements to pick up a guest visiting from a foreign country who spoke very little English. Their flight was delayed by more than 4 hours causing their arrival to be close to midnight. The driver for Boston Executive Limo tracked the flight and waited to arrive at the airport on-time to greet our guest as promised. This was extremely helpful to all parties involved and shows their professionalism and commitment to doing a good job.
