Certified for 25 passengers plus two crew members, the Rover is US Coast Guard-inspected; and while modified above deck to accommodate charters, the Rover's cabin features a salon, kitchen, two bathrooms and sleeping for up to six people, making her perfect for any Outer Banks sailing activity.
