The Pauer Group, a cruise specific, travel agency, was established by Randy Pauer, CTC, CLS, in November of 2006.
For over 30 years, as Sales Manager for Scandinavian Airlines in the Southwest, Randy sold SAS and Scandinavia directly to corporate and leisure travel agencies and corporate accounts.
In his spare time, Randy, as District Sales Manger, used his airline passes to travel the world.
By doing so, he gained invaluable experience which can ONLY be gained from actual travel.
Randy has invaluable travel experience spanning over 30 years, encompassing hundreds of flights, over 45 cruises and countless land tours.
With more coast line than any other state, Alaska is an ideal location to explore on board a cruise ship.
With whales, salmon, bears, moose and eagles Alaska provides an opportunity to see nature up close and untouched.
Further, extended land excursions before or after your cruise provide the opportunity to see the interior of this great state.
From seeing Mt.
McKinley in Denali National Park or venturing as far north as Prudhoe Bay, the cruise lines provide many options to thoroughly explore the 49th state.
Want to visit Hawaii without that long overnight flight?
Cruise to Hawaii.
Typically two weeks in length, Hawaii is a great place to visit via cruise ship.
Not only do you get to enjoy four days at sea in each direction (perfect for relaxing and getting into an island state of mind) you also get to visit at least four different islands on a typical cruise.
If you don't have a full two weeks to cruise, NCL has one ship based in Hawaii year around doing week long cruises through the islands.
This is a US flagged ship so it is a little different than most cruise ships.
The Caribbean is the most popular cruise destination in the world.
With beautiful beaches, dozens of ports and close to home departure points, it's not hard to understand why the Caribbean hosts the most cruise ship passengers year after year.
Cruises in the Caribbean are typically a weeklong and feature the Eastern Caribbean, Western Caribbean or Southern Caribbean itineraries.
However, you can find cruises as short as 3 days and as long as 14 days.
Most passengers choose the Caribbean as a sun and fun destination.
The classic Trans Atlantic crossing between New York and Southampton is available several times a year aboard Cunard's Queen Mary 2. As one of the largest and certainly grandest ships afloat, you make the 6 day journey in style and comfort.
This is a great way to start or end your next European vacation.
Another option for Trans Atlantic travel is a repositioning cruise.
The major cruise lines typically station multiple ships in Europe for the summer and then return these ships to the Caribbean for the winter season.
