Auto Climate Control (ACC) Servo - Price: $595 includes $75 refundable core charge.
Performance Analysis Company has a permanent solution to a persistent problem for all 1976 to 1981 US model R107, W116 and W123 series Mercedes-Benz automobiles.
The ACC system in these models utilizes a control valve housed in a plastic case; the most frequent failure of this device involves cracking of the large upper housing.
Coolant leakage through the cracks eventually causes failure of the servo.
Undetected loss of coolant can result in a ruined engine.
Used in auto climate control from 1981, this pump maintains constant coolant flow through the heater.
Failure is indicated by decrease in heat during engine idling.
Defective pumps can cause failure of push-button panels in 1981+ models.
Designed to repair single and dual diaphragm vacuum actuators used in Mercedes-Benz climate control systems.
Our exclusive plastic retainer cup for dual units locks in the diaphragm and protects it from abrasion.
For older model MBs with obsolete ignition points, we feature the Pertronix Ignitor ignition conversion kit.
This device eliminates problems with older distributors found on MBs up to 1975.
These can suffer shaft wobble and oil mist migration on to ignition points, plus intermittent failure of the hybrid transistorized control unit.
For over thirty years, the Ignitor has proven itself in applications ranging from race cars to tractors.
The Ignitor replaces breaker points and troublesome factory transistor switching units with a dependable, self contained and maintenance free electronic ignition system.
The Ignitor has been called the "stealth" ignition because of its quick installation and nearly undetectable presence under your distributor cap.
There is no "black-box" to clutter the engine compartment.
Compatible with all Mercedes-Benz ignition coils.
Our kit includes the pump gasket, shaft seal, line seal rings and three O rings needed to do a complete repair on MB hydraulic pumps found on self-leveling systems in W123/W124 wagons, W116 6.9 and W126 models (including Euro W126 sedans).
Our kit includes two critical internal O rings not available from Mercedes-Benz.
This kit will not repair pumps damaged by metal particles.
We also have available OEM suspension oil, filters, struts and pressure spheres - call regarding availability.
