I accepted a job training as a travel agent in 1978, thinking it would be a "temporary job." Eventually, I realized that I had been led to this industry. I thrive working with people and introducing the world to them. I love seeing people get the mental, emotional or physical break that they need. And to hear of relationships that strengthened and of clients trying new things, broadening their horizons, and exceeding their expectations.

Some share that they were able to do things that they never thought they would. I am thrilled to have helped people taste food and experience cultures, to see sights they will never forget, hear sounds they had never realized, and to touch parts of worlds they had barely imagined. I've been blessed to work with five generations, ranging from those who were old enough to have been my grandparents when I started to those young enough to be my grandchildren.

In between are the "kids" on their first trips, who are now booking their own families' trips and celebrations.
Services
We love our group leaders!
We work closely with you to orchestrate the details for your group cruise or escorted tour event.
We especially enjoy customizing aspects of the trip to create a unique experience for your group, with added features not available to other passengers on the same sailing.
We have successfully assisted many group leaders who were initially overwhelmed at the unfamiliar task of organizing a group as well as experienced organizers looking for a partner to create the experience they want for their participants.
We arrange the vacation details for individuals, families, and friends who want to enjoy a cruise or escorted tour for their time away.
What makes us different than "booking your trip on the internet" is 40+ years of being a professional travel consultant.
With my agency, you receive the skill, training, experience, client feedback and industry relationships that come along with that dedication to our clients.
Our clients appreciate having more time for family and themselves while we partner with them to handle their vacation plans.
The perfect trip is a tapestry of sights and sounds, experiences to touch and, yes, to taste.
To live a trip fully is to experience it with all five of your senses.
Food is a unifier of cultures.
It's a combination of centuries of people in a region designing their foods cultures with tweaks and changes as people migrated into the area.
Food is an indicator of local agriculture and careers.
It's built on the spices and food products of the area and brought together by those who raise those crops along with generations of cooks.
It's been nearly 200 years since Charles Darwin studied the Galapagos archipelago, which consists of 13 volcanic islands and 16 small islets off the coast of Ecuador.
It's an area filled with an extraordinary variety of many of the world's most unique flora and fauna.
Just a few of the animals to be enjoyed in their habitat are sea lions, seals, giant tortoises, water and land iguanas, frigate birds and blue-footed boobies.
Nearly a third of the plants in the region can't be found elsewhere.
Much of the volcanic terrain is barren, but you'll find saltwater lagoons, green areas filled with vegetation and you will experience multiple elevations.
A popular cruise port, the town of Ketchikan is known for it's Native American totem poles, the snow-capped mountains and waterfalls in nearby Misty Fjords National Monument and wildlife.
There are enough choices of things to do for you to want to come back again.
Best time to visit: The Alaska cruise season runs from April through September.
Highs in the 60s make and an average monthly rainfall of under 10 make June through August the most popular months, but there are benefits to travel during any part of the cruise season.
