Every day is an entirely new adventure, not just for our guests, but for us as well.
Even after so many years I still get so excited every time a whale decides to swim close to the boat, or shocked as we watch a giant piece of glacial ice come crashing into the ocean in front of us.
I love that I get to share this unique and special experience with new people everyday.
Northern Latitude Adventures was Founded in 2014 by 4 friends with a passion for the Ocean and its Denizens.
Leif, Shoshannah, Nick, and Ryan had all worked for various other boat tour operators in Alaska and elsewhere before they decided to build something new together.
At Northern Latitude Adventures we understand that taking care of our environment is key to a sustainable future.
We constantly strive to be good stewards of the natural resources around us.
Whether it is stopping the boat to pick up trash out of the ocean, or just going slow to reduce noise when approaching or leaving marine wildlife, you can count on us to be at the forefront of best stewardship practices.
We have recently partnered with the Resurrection Bay Conservation Alliance, whose mission is to enjoy and advocate for healthy water land and air, to help support their marine debris clean up efforts and other important projects.

What to Wear: Seward, Alaska is often referred to as a 'Temperate Rain Forrest' and for good reason, although we do get several beautiful sunny and warm days each season.
We suggest you dress in layers so that you can adjust for the weather of the moment.
