Final adjustments to the headcount may be made and the remaining 50% is due 7 business days prior to the event.
Charter Cancellations: Owner will refund 75% of the total charter amount if cancelled 14 days in advance of the charter date (1/2 original deposit returned).
Owner will refund 50% of the total charter amount if cancelled between 14 and 7 days in advance of the charter date (Original deposit is forfeited).
