If weather is severe, it is at the Captain's discretion whether we leave the dock or return early as a safety measure.
Time at the dock is the same as cruising time.
Public Cruises: Must be cancelled 24 hours or more before departure time for a full refund.
We cruise rain or shine.
Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to the event will receive a Full refund of payments with the exception of the $500 deposit.
Cancellations made less than 30 days of the event will forfeit the deposit of $500 and owe 1/2 of the remaining balance, the deposit may be used for another event in the same season.
